The Nigerian Senate after much deliberation today, approved the nomination of the former Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi as a new Minister.
In the course of the heated debate over Amaechi’s confirmation, the obviously angry Senators of the opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP, walked out of the Senate chamber.
