The Buffalo Bills made history by hiring the first female football coach for the NFL league.
Prior to being announced Coach, Kathryn Smith had a long history as part of the Jets Organization. Her career started about 12 years ago when she was hired in 2003.
She started off working at the Game Day and Special Events center and later progressed into Scouting as an intern.
In 2007, she became a full time Administrative Assistant to Head Coach, Rex Ryan.
The Bills are excited to welcome her onboard.
