Charlie Sheen is expected to reveal that he is HIV positive in an interview Tuesday morning on the Today show, reports People and TMZ.
NBC News announced Monday that Sheen will make a “revealing personal announcement” in an exclusive, live sit-down interview on Tuesday with Matt Lauer, but did not provide further details.
Sheen’s HIV positive status might have occurred a while ago. Report has it that he is currently managing the deadly illness.

“Yes! We are engaged! He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee,” Rossi had told eOnline exclusively. “I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine’s day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise.” Further saying that, “The ring is classic and beautiful, but I don’t have any photos to share just yet. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He’s my best friend and my soulmate.”
It was however announced in October 2014 that he and the adult film star, Brett Rossi ended their eight-month engagement.
In the past, Charlie Sheen has been known to struggle with substance abuse and in and out of rehab. 2011 lost his starring role on Two and a Half Men amid a notorious public meltdown, has remained largely out of the spotlight after FX decided not to renew his most recent show Anger Management, in late 2014.
